Our Process.
How we work with you to create your dream home,
let's break it down.
01. Lets Meet
You bring ideas, images and anything helpful to convey your vision to us. We’ll listen extremely carefully and ask all the right questions. A shared vision is being created.
A preliminary agreement is prepared and we begin the process of bringing this to life.

02. Visit Site
Together with our team, we look at your land and consider all the possibilities. Hidden potential is uncovered and ideas start flowing.
03. Concept Design
Your concept is designed and we have a meeting to show you the 3D walk through. This will give you a feel of what the project will look like and identify any further changes you wish to make.
04. Project Estimate
Now we have all the necessary information to price up the project, the project estimate will be communicated and finalised.
05. Construction Drawings
With the interior specs now finalised and the concept design accepted, we now move onto the construction drawings. These will be given to the build team and used to turn your plans into a reality.
